Quicker trip to Memphis

Got a text last night late that Deanna is more ill than first thought, and that they have moved up the operation two weeks, so we are leaving tomorrow for Memphis-  We'll arrive Sunday, the family is arriving Monday.  Surgery is scheduled for Wednesday.  Not happy about the news but confident that the surgeons will make it right. 

It looks to be about 708 miles over to Memphis, probably get to Birmingham metro the first day, then ease on into Memphis on Sunday.  I imagine we'lll be in Memphis close to a week, then plan on taking 5 days to get back, so we can go on the Natchez Trace Parkway and get to Natchez National Park, then stop by Pensacola on our way back in.
