Day 8- About 300 Miles over to Springfield Missouri

We decided to leave a day early from Land Between the Lakes... hopefully they will refund our one day-  and we're headed ultimately to Springfield Missouri, to boondock at a Wal Mart for one night, then we're in for 5 days at Table Rock Lake COE.  We'll have a quick stop at the Headquarters of the Ozark National Scenic River for Passport stamps at Van Buren Mo. 

The weather finally cleared to beautiful blue skies, but also the temperature dropped about 15-20 degrees, it was a chilly 43 this morning when we got up, coldest of the trip so far by far.  Had to turn on the coach heater to take the chill off, and wearing jeans today, for sure.  High only supposed to be in the high 60's today, instead of the high 80's - 90's we've been having so far.  Glad we packed for warm too, a lesson from our last trip out West.
