Haven't posted in the last few days mostly because not much is going on. We"ve kept to ourselves over the holiday weekend, due to the traffic situation around. We did venture out for necessities, and went to York Beach this morning to poke around. Then we went out for lunch this afternoon with Conrad and Barbara Lacreta, who live in Coquina and have a nice place up here. We went to Rosa Linda's in Saco for lunch, a very good place. We then drove around and went to Marden's and a small flea market, and then toured their place, which is in a nice development just up the road.
It has been very smoky here today, seems there are some very large wildfires in Eastern Quebec, and it really has been bad here today. They are saying that it will clear up in the next day or so, and are calling for rain tomorrow, which should help.
We are packing up Thursday to head on down to Sturbridge, Mass, for a few days. We were supposed to meet up with the Hebbards, but have now discovered they had their schedule wrong, so now, we're not sure what we're doing.
Very coolish today, temps never really got above 65, and the wind was blowing. Didn't keep lots of folks from being out, that's like a heat wave up here.
