Our camping neighbor down the street had a mini-disaster the other night, it rained a little, and his major awning collapsed. Sadly, his awning company, Carefree did not stand behind the collapse, so he's having to put it through his insurance- bummer- It sure looked like a awning failure to me, but then again, I'm not an engineer. It took a couple of extra days for the parts to get in, so he's running a week behind schedule. They'll head out tomorrow to head back home to Bluffton, SC, where they live. 
This is the "shakedown" voyage for his new coach, and don't you know, it happened big. That's RV'ing!
