Sights around Batesville, Indiana
This is the world headquarters of Hillenbrand, parent company of Batesville. Very pretty building just as you get into town. 
Just up from our campground are the rather large facilities of the Batesville Casket Company, probably the largest provider of metal and wood burial caskets in the United States, anyway. They do 640 million dollars a year, Wikipedia says, and have several plants around, including one in Mexico. There are several large buildings here, and it looks to be one of the larger employers in town. These fine folks provided Michael Jackson and James Brown with their burial needs, a $25,000 piece of finery. Now that's going out in style- wonder if you had to be paid up front.....
