July 21 Cooper safely off and safely home!

Went to bed early and got up early so we could get Coop to his plane on time-  Really had a terrific visit!  Stopped at McDonalds for breakfast, got to the airport before 7 am-  Last saw him headed for TSA. 

I had some time to kill, so I did some of the town of Manchester. 

Did several things, found several new markers: A WWII, a WWI, A Confederate Memorial, A all war memorial a Rene Gagnon memorial , he of Iwo Jima fame, and another WWI memorial. 
Also did 2 colleges, St Anselm and Univ of Southern New Hampshire.  Nice older campuses.

 

Also saw some dead people, the McDonald brothers, of the Golden Arches.....all buried together.

Discovered that there are several more markers in Manchester so I'll have to do a revisit when we are over in NH on our out week. 

Had planned to do Exeter on the way home, but it was late and I was lunch hungry. 

Tomorrow is a major shopping day down to New Hampshire.  Wal Mart, Sam's, shoe stores, and whatever else we can find.
