Reno progress

The crew finished up with week 2 of the reno, and we are well along.

They say they have about another week and a half or so of work, which they will start back on Jan 2nd. 

Here is the entrance hallway/laundry room/mudroom.  The wallpaper still needs stripping in the back, and the tile floor needs to be put down.

Cooper's bathroom is about 90% done-  new paint, new tile floor, new counter top, new fixtures, new toilet, new light fixture.  Just need the mirror installed, and some touch up work, and the threshold installed.

 

Same for Brandon's bathroom upstairs-  all new tile floor,, new counter top, new toilet, new fixtures, new light and mirror to go in, and touch up work. 

 

We are really happy with the kitchen-  going from it's primary green coloring to a nice beigey light brown theme-  New floor is in, paint is done, trim back up.  Still need a square of tile at the fridge, and the backsplash to be put in-  Still thinking on new appliances....

 

 

 

The dining room is about finished, with all new paint, the popcorn ceiling down.  Tina still has to clean and load her cabinet back up...  Really brightened up this room with our color choices- this had the old ivy wallpaper on it too.

 

 

 

In the living room, all the old wallpaper is down, painting is pretty well done, and the popcorn ceiling was removed-  the chair rail will go back up next,and then we are working on redoing the fireplace a bit, putting tile on the hearth, and insulating the fire box.

 

 

 

The main remaining work will be in the master bedroom and masterbath, aside from the touchups to be completed. 

 

Also have a short laundry list of handyman type things too, some light fixture repairs,and some other minor stuff to get the house all tuned up.
