Went to see Dr Brian today, and came out with orders for a new sleep study, to see about the CPAP as a contributor to my problems; and orders for MRI studies on both shoulders, both hips, and my lower lumbar back.
Went back to PT today for the first time in a week, got beat up pretty bad, working exclusively on my neck area. It has become pretty clear that while yes, I have bad shoulders, everthing emanates from the neck down, and I have some pretty clear issues there also. Today, we worked the whole hour on just the neck area- Oush. Seems I'm blocked in a couple of vertebra and locked in in a couple of others- possibly from sleeping wrong. She really put the hammer on me today.
More when we get the results back from this latest testing. Got more pain meds from Wal Mart and a new ice pack. Sigh. Hope I can sleep at least.
