Service and Repairs Underway

We had a generally non productive day at the RV dealer yesterday, they diagnosed the step problem, decided we needed a part, but it may take 3-4 days to get here from Monaco.  They also diagnosed what they thought the problem might be with the Winegard antenna-

At this point, it looks like we may have to go back to the Harrisburg area on next Tuesday or Wednesday to have the steps fixed, under the extended warranty program.

Cooper and I went to a Lancaster Barnstormers ball game last night, beautiful stadium right down town-

The game was originally scheduled for a double header, but the first game was into the 10th inning, and it was already 930, and we had to wake up early this morning, so we headed out.  Got a pin and a ball here.

We had already gone and parked the coach at the Cummings Coach Care facility at Harrisburg-  we had visited here before, and it is a terrific shop.

The goal for here was to get some routine stuff done, and to insure that the brakes are ok-  We checked in at 7 am, and they got right to work on the coach-

By 0745, they had come to us and said that so far the brakes look ok- which is good-  we hadn't really had them looked at and they are 4 years old, so a thorough check over was in order.

While we are here, we are also having routine generator service done, which is on schedule, and a regularly scheduled chassis lube.

We think they may also take a quick look at the steps, and see if they can remedy that, and they thought they may have a part here.  Maybe they can fix the Sat too!

Cooper got to visit Hershey Park all day yesterday, and rode all the rides he wanted to except the big new coaster, which was down for repairs.  He reports that he had a good day.

As far as the trip is concerned, we have made some minor adjustments-

Saturday, as scheduled, we will clear Hershey, and head to Allentown Pa, boondock for the night and go to a Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs game.  Sunday, we will head over to an Elks club at Warren, NJ and stay Sunday and Monday.  Sunday afternoon is a baseball game at Somerset Patriots, and we have tickets for the Monday night Yankees vs Braves game.

Then, Tuesday, I reckon, we'll head back over here to Harrisburg to get the steps fixed, then we'll head north, stopping in at Scranton, then over to Binghamton NY, then up to the Troy/Saratoga NY area, then up to Burlington VT and then we will be back on schedule.
