Cooper was gracious enough to get up with the chickens this morning, which was a good thing, since for some reason, Buster was absolutely terrorized last night and basically kept us up all night, with maybe an hour or two sleep.
We left Greenwood ahead of schedule, at 715 or so, and made it to our first stop, Cowpens National Battlefield, then we ran over to Kings Mountain National Battlefield, then up to Hickory, NC, for a visit to the Hickory Crawdads Baseball field for a ball and pin, then we bagged going to the W Kerr Scott Dam for a couple of stamps, and came right to Advance on I-40.
We're in space C-5, but for some reason, can't get Sat reception, and also, for some reason, Coopers Play Station 3 isn't working, even though we bought his big screen tv to watch it on- so we'll stop at a Wal Mart for an HDMI cord to try that to see if it works, it will be a major no-no if we don't have Play Station!!
In 10 minutes, we're out the door to a Winston Salem Dash baseball game, then home. I'll do more detailed blog posts on the various site visits later.
All is in good order, except for no Sat, hope its not a major malfunction, was working the last time we were out.
