Well they got the strong storms part right....

It 2 in the morning, and we got awakened by terrific amounts of pouring rain, and thunder and lightning- happily no big winds as they thought they might have, so we are sitting it out here in Camp Wal Mart.  They have excellent drainage here, so we're high and dry.  Not so sure about traveling around tomorrow, have to see.

Tina and Tony, if you get this storm, plan on heavy rains for 6 hours or so maybe, it's very slow moving.
We're north of Jackson, Tn, in the big yellow blob of steady heavy rain. Looks like clearing behind it though, So maybe tomorrow will hold up.  It's supposed to be 15 degrees cooler tomorrow night, they say, lows down to 49.  It's 63 out just now.

One good thing to report, it seems as though we are leak free, and if we were ever going to spring one, this would be the storm to do it.  We did pull the slide out in as a full precaution, but the forward roof seems good, and the area around the vent where we had a big leak before is airtight. The young lad at Ocean Grove did a good job  of sealing the roof, looks like.  For sure, need to have that service done once a year.   Tip of the hat to my Nova buddy TC for that one.

Now, maybe back to bed!
