Gulfstream comes through like a champ..

Made a phone call to my trusted senior contact at GulfStream yesterday, outlined my problem, was told no worries, expect an email today.  This is after I was told yesterday by Camping World that it was too late in the afternoon to get anything done.

Got my follow up email this morning as promised, that my ladder was being crated and shipped today, and will arrive at Camping World by noon Friday.

I appraised Camping World of this, and got back a response that they would be calling me Friday when arrived, and "assuming it is the correct ladder, they will be installing it on a priority basis."  CW did not indicate I could pick up the coach on Friday even after 2 requests in my 2 emails to tell me what time I could pick it up on Friday.

In the meantime, I have a tracking number, which I also sent them, along with a reminder that I had been told it would take 8 weeks for a new ladder to get here.  The latest in a series of incorrect stories I have been told about these coach repairs.

Until Friday.

Been busy with Lander stuff, getting ready to wind down the semester, which will end on 8 December.  My three classes for next semester have already registered enough students to become "official", so I guess I will be somewhat busy with that next semester, but we can use the extra cash for diesel fuel, for sure.

Getting ready to leave Monday for Greenwood, with a stop in Blackville and Edgefield to visit the SC Historical Corridor Offices for Passport stamps.  Tuesday, Cooper goes to have 5 teeth extracted, and then Wed, we're off to Augusta for a visit to the Augusta Canal NHC, and then hurry back to Greenwood to get Brandon to a dentist appt.
