"The otter banks of Elkton"

Our neighbor Ralph alerted us to this pod of Otters scurrying along the banks of the pond just now-  a rare sighting-  He said they used to be fairly abundant back in "the old days," but not so much anymore-  This crew would scurry along the bank for a little bit, then hop in the water and play a little, back to the bank, and so forth-
