We made a sort of unplanned, but thought about stop at the NSSTC, as we saw it on our way into Huntsville this afternoon. You can't miss it, really, the largest "building" in town is a full sized Saturn V rocket sitting next to the Interstate. This place rocks! Both Cooper and I had previously been to the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, and this one in several aspects is similar, what is different here is all the rides and IMAX movies and such. Coop spent most of the afternoon doing the rides, rock climbing, and doing the rides, and simulators, and doing the rides, and eating, and doing the rides, and finally I had to remind him we missed our movie time, and that we had a ball game to get to. Fortunately, it being a Monday, the crowds were somewhat sparse, and the lines for the rides were not long at all, but that created a problem, too, because several times, there weren't enough people to make up a ride, so Coop had to keep circling back to make the rides, which he did, and did, and did. Coop thoroughly got his money's worth here today. Pretty sure he would go back if asked.
