Found 2 of the hardest plates today!!

What a day for plate sighting!  Saw both Hawaii and Wyoming today-  I bet there aren't a 100 cars with Hawaii plates not in California!  Don't know why it's taken so long to get Wyoming-  It was on a pickup truck.
