Davy Crockett Birthplace State Park Limestone TN.

We sort of did the trip today on the fly-  we hit Asheville without any problem, and got through the Visitor's center for the Blue Ridge Parkway fairly quickly- saw a nice film, then headed over to the Folk Art Center, then swung by the baseball field for the Asheville Tourists to pick up a pin and a ball, then headed on up to Davy Crockett Birthplace State Park, here in Limestone, TN.  Kind of a rough trip on up here, lots of hills, and I think I really strained the brakes some.  They smelled pretty badly.  We have a full service site for $25.00. but being a state park, it only has 30 amps, and we can't get sat tv.  But it's beautiful here, the campground is right on the banks of the Nowlicky River, as you can see, and it's pretty much right out our front door.  With all the rain the area has had recently, it is running full and fast!
