Chinese dinner at the Tin Tin Buffet

Our park neighbors the Carters asked us to join them for supper tonight at the Tin Tin in Biddeford- Reluctantly we agreed, I did my best to keep my intake low, and had only fruit for dessert, and a small dinner portion of 2 veggies, a spoon full of Waldorf salad, and a thin little slice of meat loaf. We'll see how the weigh in goes tomorrow. Terrific food here, lots of Chinese and traditional choices, plus King Crab legs as a feature for 9.81 senior rate.

Jim, good for you. Keep making good choices, even when eating out. It's hard, but not impossible!!
