Decided to drive into Arlington with the Hartmans to see Arlington National Cemetery, because they had barriers up, we had to go into DC, so we dropped the Hartmans off at the Lincoln Memorial to begin their day. Bette and I headed back out to Arlington, parked, then trudged up the hills to the Kennedy gravesites and then over to the Tomb of the Unknowns, where we saw a changing of the guard ceremony. Then back in traffic to Prince George's to do a load of laundry and wait for the Hartmans to call and go fetch them from Springfield/Franconia Metro station. We're leaving in the morning and heading over to I-66, then up I-81 to Pennsylvania and beyond.
