Out shopping in the big rain

Started out the day with a trip to McDonalds, in the driving rain. Maybe the ponds will fill up anyway. Had a nice breakfast, saw Bob from across the street, his wife is in a rehab facility now and doing as good as to be expected. Then we headed out for shopping chores...

Went next to JC Penny, since they had some woven window treatments featured in an ad in today's paper. Turns out they are not at this "little" store, you have to go 30 miles up the road to the big boy store at the Avenues to get them. TBD.

Last stop was Wally World to get a new small crock pot for the two of us, since we forgot our other one in SC, 2 bags of pretzels, and some bag lettuce for salad for lunch today, since our other went bad.
