Tonight, we met Paul and Jenn Gable and their young son for dinner at LaRosa's here in Batesville. They were nice enough to drive down from their home. Paul and I were colleagues at the Newberry Observer. He was the very talented Sports Editor, and did a fine job. He now works for a paper here in Shelbyville, Indiana, near where his wife's folks live. We had a nice dinner and good catch-up conversations about everything sports in Newberry County! Thanks y'all for a nice visit and ice cream, and we'll catch up with you next time we are through! I'll remind Bette to send along the photos we took.
