Had dinner tonight at O'Charley's with Val and Andy. Bette went over earlier to see their new grandchild- reports back that mom an d new baby are doing and looking fine.
I was able to move the appointment with Dr. Austin up from 3:30 to 8:15 tomorrow morning, so Bette and I have decided to hit the road a day early! We're loading up as we speak, doing a last load of laundry, and will hit the trail about say 11 tomorrow morning! Well go as far as we feel like it tomorrow then, boondock or find a place, then probably hit the Flying J just outside of Cincinatti Ohio Friday night. We're meeting up with a former student for brunch Sat morning at a mall in metro Cincy and then heading on over to Batesville, In. to a Thousand Trails place on Saturday afternoon, and then we are meeting up with a Newberry College classmate and former co-worker at the Newberry Observer for Saturday night dinner. Sunday, we're heading up through Indianapolis and Kokomo to Nappanee, Indiana.
Totally happy to be back on the road again!!!!!
