Soccer, School, and Sickness

Busy, Busy, Busy. Ware Shoals keeps calling to substitute, the classes at Lander are challenging, and the boys are having soccer games up to three nights a week, and as of 11:30 today, Bette is back in the hospital.

I seem to be at Ware Shoals up to three days a week, and I think they would be happy if I just went back on staff. I've already gotten a call to cover the alternative school for three days next week. I'm supposed to see the Dr tomorrow about a foot problem too, so that will have to be worked in. So much for retirement......

The boys are not having too much luck on the winning side of their soccer matches. Poor Cooper is about the only athlete on his team and is having to pretty much carry the team on his back. He's pretty exhausted after each match. Brandon's team has tied a couple of matches, and lost the others. I'll try to remember the camera and include some shots next week.

Bette has been under the weather most of the week, with a lousy stomach, fever, and no appetite, so the doc decided to have her check in so they could load her up with fluids and run some tests. I suspect a bug of some sort. Hopefully, she'll be out in a day or two.

Tomorrow will be a long day, got to sub at WS (Spanish), then come home and fetch Cooper then go back up for the football game, we have Emerald this week. Should be able to rest up finally this weekend, between the hospital and hopefully getting Bette home. Tracy is due in on Saturday sometime, flying in from New Jersey for a visit. Busy Busy Busy....
