Sox win, I forget the camera.

Well, we finally made it to Fenway, and I left the camera in the car. Wouldn't you know. We boarded the train at the
Exeter, NH stop, and were handed out tickets, which turned out
to be in Section 38, Row 11, which is just below the left-
center field scoreboard. Actually great seats, with a face
value of $26.00. The folks next to us, a mom and her
2 daughters from Massilon Ohio, had paid 71.00 each for their seats on line, today. The Sox won 1-0, on a great pitching game by Dice-K. After the game, we managed to get mis-lead on which T train to take back to the North Station to catch our train back to New Hampshire, I noticed it and we got out on the street, and had to hail a cab so we could get to the station in time. A very fast $20.00 cab ride and we made it! All in all, a fantastic experience. Fenway is a marvelous small park, and very loud. There is copious amounts of beer consumed, I noticed. The concession prices are high, so we saved up. The prices on the train were totally reasonable. Taking the train is the thing to do, although the subway was a mess. It was literally jam in, nose to nose on the way in, and jammed on the way out also. We got a great pin to add to the collection, but didn't buy anything else. After all it was $95.00 each for us to go on the package deal set up by the Amtrak folks. It was value worth the money, and we will do it again, next time we're here, for sure!
Since its now 2 am, I expect we will all veg out tomorrow and sleep late.
