November 20th On to SC.

We headed up to South Carolina today, leaving St. John's RV at 0600 and arriving in SC at about 1:15, after stopping for lunch in Augusta at McDonald's.  Later, we all met at Migs for dinner.  For the day, 366 miles, max speed, 78 mph  mov avg. 59 mph  Total travel time:  7:15.  We averaged 35.4 mpg in the Fit. 

It was pretty terrific seeing Brandon and his lady Lauren- unfortunately, she was not feeling well- and to brag on Cooper- he is focusing on school, having made the Dean's List for his first semester, and is hoping for a repeat performance, and, he has lost about 25 lbs.!  Very proud of him!  

Also saw the Cpl. Rick Hall Memorial Bridge:
