March 7th Worked over at the Fort today.

Pretty weather day today at the Fort. We fired cannons 4 times today- unusual for a Wednesday.  Stayed an hour and a half over due to the 330 shot.  All good shots.  Met a nice group from Cullowhee NC, students and Western Carolina.  Walked them through a cannon shot, then gave them coupons and maps for town.  Good group!  Mike took me at Sara, our intern from Germany out to lunch.  Nice gesture!

Saw these plates today:

Bette called, re Tracy.  They got there at dark thirty in the am, and they called her in at 0700 roughly.  Bette called a couple of hours later and said Tracy fared pretty well, but was sleeping for a while.  Good report, I reckon.  

Big nor'easter with lots of snow, traffic is snarled.  Think they were spending the night in Tracy's room.
