All,
Due to the government shutdown, the Castillo de San Marcos and Fort Matanzas National Monuments are closed. The grounds will remain open to the public however there will be no visitor services available until an appropriation bill is signed.
Poop.
Full day at the fort Friday, lots and lots of school kid tours, and regular visitors, including a great bus tour from the North Dakota Farmer's Union.
So since I have time off, we will focus on trip planning and school things.
