Month end plate report- another month of 52/62.....

 Did pretty well for the month for US plates, got all except Utah, and N Dakota missed Alaska and Hawaii as well.  Saw Utah on a truck, but that doesn't count! Also missed DC.  Got a US Govt as well.

Kind of flubbed a dub for Canada, only 4 provinces this tie.  Did see Alberta though, twice!
