May 13 National Register of Historic Places Visit Adams Hay House White Springs Florida

This was actually my second stop in White Springs-  it was easy enough to find, the sign outside said it was a private residence, so I tried to honor that-

White Springs JOHNS HOUSE Jct. of FL 135 and Adams Memorial Drive. 1928. Frame Vernacular. Two stories. The Johns House is located several blocks east of the White Springs Historic District (NR 1997). The house resembles an I-house form from the façade, a Georgian form from the first floor interior, and an I-house form on the second floor. The combination of the Georgian central hall form with the I-house form gives the Johns House an unusual arrangement.
