Short Field Trip- Woodbine, Georgia on the way to Greenwood

I made the exit for Woodbine originally and a roadside attraction visit- and decided to expand it a bit into a mini-tour of the city.  That includes a new hobby of visiting US Post offices and collecting cancellations, just like can be found at National Parks and other venues.

Woodbine is a short distance over the state line on I-95, coming up from Florida.  Exit 17.

First stop was a Roadside attraction stop, and antique store with an unusual twist-

Have to admit, that's a novel approach-  anyway, as you can see, the store was closed, or as they said, "SHUT."

Turns out the store was just across the street from the Woodbine Post Office, so a new hobby was born on the spot.

Here's a perspective of where we were.
