Mid April catch up

Got a phone call from Brother Bill mildly admonishing me for not posting lately-  No special reason, not much going on really.  

The emergency room visit has become a non-event- blood pressure and everything else is back in order- so no worries there.

On Friday of this week, I am heading by myself up to South Carolina for two weeks, so I can finish up my Lander responsibilities  Bette was planning to come along, but now has to stay so she can continue some shot therapy for her bad knee.  Guess I'll have to manage.  

Tina and the boys will be on spring break while I am up there, we have loosely discussed a small field trip over a weekend, not sure what we might do or where we might go.  

Then, it's back to Florida for most of the month of May-  the River City Campers have an event in mid may, and we are adding a couple of days on to that with our camping pals the Collins.  

In the first week of June, we are heading back up to Greenwood so we can be present at Brandon's graduation on June 6 from high school, then at 0630 on the morning of the 7th, Cooper and I take off for a two week trip to Northern California.  He wanted to see Yosemite and San Francisco- so that is among the many stops we have planned along with Las Vegas and Reno.  

Then, on June 25th, Cooper, Bette and I are heading for Maine in the motor home-  big loop trip there, returning Cooper home on August 12th so he can go back to school.  We'll get up to Moosehead Lake, Boston, and two visits to New Jersey to see Tracy and NYC and Philly.  Got several major league games scheduled, the Mets, the Nats, the Orioles, and the Phillies, as well as seeing the Giants, Oakland, and the Angels in California, so there will be good baseball this summer. About 25 National Parks as well.  Then, after we get Cooper back to SC, Bette and I are heading out to Michigan for about a month to spend some time there.
