April 29th Back to Coquina!

Long trip back as planned, with many stops-  Didn't plan on the huge unsettling rain storm, lightning, and bad traffic....

I actually made more than the planned 23 stops, stopping for 4 roadside shrines, several water towers, and a couple of stray historical markers.  I'll post the details in the next day or two.

Did I mention the rain?  We were getting the remnants of the bad storm from the middle part of America, and as you can see, at the moment I snapped the picture, we were right in the middle of a bad red portion, with lots of lighting strikes to go along.  Slowed down to 45 several times, rain coming down sideways!!!

Took a total of 10 hours all together, but I was not in a hurry.  

Glad to be back home and in the routine.  Buster was glad to see me!
