In, then out 5 hours later at Cummins

We got into the desk at Cummins at 0645 this morning-  it was about 730 before they took the coach in, and we didn't leave until 12 noon-  we did get the generator serviced, and air filter changed, tires aired up, a quart added to the oil, and an analysis but not a fix for the new problem that the tow vehicle lights are not working.  We were victimized by layers of management at Cummins, with no one in a hurry, it seemed, even though the service bays were not empty.

The light problem seems to be in the umbilical cord that goes from the coach to the car, but they didn't have the part-  we last got one from off the shelf at Camping World, but the closest one of those is up in Buffalo-  I'll be checking around the next few days at RV places and U Haul joints to see if they have another.  If not, we'll get it addressed at Buffalo in a few days.

I did get a break on the bill, they only charged me an hour of labor time, plus the flat charge for the generator service-  so I was pleased with that.  The genny was in good shape according to the tech, and we were at 610 hours.

We got away at noon, and then over 200 miles to St Clairsville, Ohio, stopped at a big Mall, then ran down to downtown Wheeling West Virginia for a Wheeling NHA stamp, and then on over to our stop for the night, Camp Wal Mart at Washington Pa.

About 275 miles total today, and we are ahead of schedule a bit.

Tomorrow, I'm going to combine two days of plans and do Metro Pittsburgh, then head on south to Friendship Hill and Fort Necessity before heading to our campsite at Confluence Pa where we will be for two nights.
