First stop will be Fort Scott National Historic Site, which will be my 258th park. Should be a fairly brief stop after about 141 miles or so, then another 100 miles on up to Blue Springs Campground at Blue Springs Lake area southeast of Kansas City, Mo. We've been there before, and it is a nice park, with full hookups.
After we arrive, I'm going to run over to my sister Terry's gravesite in near Warrensburg, Mo. and pay a visit, haven't seen her site in a few years.
Then, I have three somewhat intense days of touring in metro Kansas City area, mostly revisits of places we've been, to get updated versions of stamps, and a few new stops on the California and other National trails around the city that I missed last trip.
July first, we are on the way then to Camdenton!!!
