Sunshine comes out, and off to Kansas City we go....

The sun finally came out after a pretty solid day of tremendous rainstorms... 

Today is a trip to Metro Kansas City Kansas to visit 4 spots:

For the Santa Fe Trail: 
Lanesfield School State Historic Site,  the Mahaffie Stage Coach Stop State Historic Site, the Shawnee Mission Site and something called the Trailside Center, which is at the joining of three trails in the area, the Santa Fe, the California, and the Oregon trails.

 

Be changing the order a bit, because of opening hours-  Reversing 5, 4, 3, and 2 stops.
