Finally get to Pensacola Wahoo Field!

Took me two tries, but I finally got to the beautiful Pensacola Bayfront Stadium  field for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos-  I actually went Saturday afternoon, but they weren't going to open the team store until 530, and I wasn't going to wait an hour and a half.  Got a ball and a pin.  Pricey! 

This is a new stadium, and the second time I have visited the city for a team.  The former Pensacola Pelicans were here before, playing as an Independent.  This team is a 2A farm team for the Cincinnati Reds.

The built the ball park out into the bay, and it was quite a project- not sure how much it cost or who paid for it. 

They seem to have lots of sell outs here, but the team isn't doing real well just now. 

Would have loved to have seen a game here, but they were out of town this week.
