Went to the extremely competent and able PT person today- and we spent almost 2 hours poking, proding, and agreeing on a course of treatment for my shoulder issues, which, it turns out, may be connected with some upper neck spinal contortions stuff, and also, I may have some back issues that are contributing. Bottom line, we have some exercises targeted to freeing up the shoulders, then we'll go after the neck and back stuff.
In my favor was the fact that I still have good range of motion, which I had certainly lost when I had the shoulder freeze last time. That's a good thing.
I have hot/cold therapy, 4 exercises to do, and the TENS unit at night- then I have to check on the sleep apnea again, and probably have a sleep test done.
Getting old, for sure.
