Tooth issues revisited,, ugh

I was totally struck down late last night by incredible pain in the tooth I had a cavity filled about two weeks ago in Greenwood. 

Fortunately, Aunt Skip was able to contact her local dentist and he was able to see me at 1:30 today.  Verdict:  an abcess. 

Was given two options, treat with medicines and see if it goes away, or revisit original dentist back in Greenwood when we are back there in a couple of weeks, and have a root canal done. 

Opted for the medicines, so I now have a course of antibiotics and some moderate pain meds to take for the next few days to see if we can knock it down.

Need pain relief, for real. 

Wound up losing today as a run around day, but no worries.  I may even stay in tomorrow, pending how fast the meds take hold, if that in fact is what fixes the problem. 

Bette and Skip spent a fun day doing girl things, lunch out, and going to various craft shops.  Bette even didn't spend too much today! 

Tomorrow, if I wake up feeling better, I'll drop Bette off at Skips and then head up to metro Cleveland area, to visit Garfield in Mentor and then hit Cuyahoga in south Cleveland on the way back. 

Spoke to the Kingstons, they are safely in at Charleston WVa, so they should roll in in the early afternoon tomorrow.  They are a couple of rows up from us.  Looking forward to seeing them again, haven't seen them since April 21st! 

Nice weather today, high in the low 80's.
