Monday, July 18th. 2 National Parks today

Couldn't talk Brandon into coming with me today, and Bette didn't come since she fell off the step in the bedroom this morning and hurt her back, so I went on my tour today by myself...  Left at 1030, went to Wall SD, but not to Wall Drugs, did go to the local Harley Davidson dealer and got a pin.

Then, down SD 240 to Pinnacles Entrance Station for the Badlands National Park, and drove about 25 miles through the park to the main Visitors Center.. Pretty awesome scenery.

Then I made a quick decision to go ahead and go to the MinuteMan Missle NHS, which was just outside of the Badlands-  didn't get to actually see the site, but I did visit the visitor's center.

We got a call that our pal Bev was stricken as they were headed to Nevada, and spent most of the day at Custer Regional Hospital...  she has been released, and they are on their way to spend the night at Hart Ranch with us, I was able to get them in. 

Our pal Judy had a tooth extracted today, all is well there.

We'll do something for dinner tonight, probably out, and then I imagine the kids will swim till 10- 

Tomorrow, we're off to Mt Rushmore..... 

It was 102 here today...  but there was at least a breeze.
