Slow news day, weather yesterday and Academy graduation today

Yesterday, we were totally hemmed in the coach due to rotten weather, and today the Seniors graduate from the Air Force Academy..  So lots of traffic around, so we'll stay close in today also.   1,121 new officers will graduate today.  The Thunderbirds always do a flyover as you can see from the photo, and they have been flying around for a couple of days practicing. We are about 6 miles from the Academy....

We leave Monument after a very nice 9 day stay tomorrow, and head over to Gunnison Colorado area, and will be staying for 4 days at Curecanti National Park- supposed to be very pretty there.

Glad to hear that sister Sherry was spared any damage or problems with the weather problems in Joplin, Mo, they live about 100 miles from there in Camdenton.

So happy to see y'all are safe. So much turmoil across the Country. Your experiences will tell quite a story at the next reunion. Hope all settles down once your grandson meets up with y'all. Have fun.
