Today's wildlife at the pond.

 

Once again, going to have to rely on Kathy to tell me the kind of bird, haven't seen this particular plumage before, the lacy kind, and the raccoon was part of a family of a momma and a couple or three babies.  The Otter was back today, but he was too elusive to get a picture of.  It's spit rain on and off today, and we're supposed to get the coldest weather of the year next two or three days - like maybe overnight lows of 24-28 and high winds of 20-30 mph.  ugh.
