Frozen Shoulder- Just what I need.

After living with pain the last four months or so, and writing it off to sleeping wrong with my CPAP mask, I got referred to the local sports jock sports medicine center today, and got the word, frozen shoulder.  More specifically, Adhesive capsulitis.  RX is pain medicine, and then physical therapy 3x a week for the next month, and if it doesn't get any better, shots and some sort of appliance they call a home pully system.  They say recovery is slow and methodic- involves stretching and such.  Whatever, just need to get my range of motion back.  Guess golf is out of the question for some time too.  Sigh
