On our way over to Greeneville TN today coming up from Asheville, the GPS took us the backest way it could, down what politely would be called black roads, which is one less than red roads. We were on skinny 2 lane switchback roads, speeds of 15-35 mph for upwards of 50 miles. As we came down the last mountain into Greeneville, Tn, the ABS light came on, and we noticed a burning smell in the coach. I hope I haven't fried the brakes. The short impact is we have brakes, just not apparently ABS system. As of now, I have located an International dealer in Murfreesboro and another in Knoxville, both an hour or hour and a half away. Have to wait until tomorrow morning to see about calling the service dept to see if we can get in and see what's up. Long as we're at it, I'll get the door fixed too. Fooey. I'm wondering if this is also not an extension of the replacement of the brake controller system that Intnl did back in February. Have to wait and see. More details as they become available
