Time to head home- Schedule change.....

Well, as usual, a change of plans.  As of Sunday morning, Cooper and I will be making our way back to Greenwood, and Bette will stay in Memphis for another week with Deanna and Meagan.  Dante has to return to South Carolina for some school business, so after Coop and I talked it over, we decided to go ahead and start back ourselves, since he's anxious to be with his mom since she will be having surgery on August 10th.  So, we planned a mini-vacation on the way back:  on Sunday, we'll drive on down to Birmingham Alabama, actually Hoover Alabama, and stay in the city RV park that is right next to the stadium where the Birmingham Barons play baseball.  Monday, we are heading up to Huntsville Alabama, to see the Huntsville Stars play, then Tuesday, we have several stops,
Scottsboro, Alabama, to visit the Unclaimed Luggage Place, then two National Parks, Russell Cave in Bridgeport, Alabama, and then Little River Canyon National Preservation Park in Ft Payne, Alabama, then we will wind up for the night at Rome, Georgia, for a ballgame with the Rome Braves.  Each of our stops are only about 40 miles apart, so it will be a good balanced day.  On Wednesday, we will shoot on over to Greenwood.  Cooper still hasn't decided if he wants to do 6 Flags or not-  I'm guessing we are trading in Justin Beiber concert for 6 flags.  Bette will stay in Memphis until probably a week from Sunday, then drive home.
