Due to some moving around of some schedules, we'll be heading for Memphis tomorrow, several days earlier than originally planned, and we'll be leaving and returning almost directly home, due to the fact we learned today of the scheduling on August 10th of surgery for our daughter Tina in Greenwood. Cooper wants to be home for that, so we'll be leaving Memphis on 7 August, heading to Birmingham, Al, then to Atlanta, so Cooper can do 6 Flags, as we got rained out on our first try, and then to Greenwood on the 9th. We'll play the next couple of weeks by ear, based on Tina's needs. Bette has an appointment on 26 August in Greenwood, so that's on the schedule. We're going to start off staying at the Fuller State Park in metro Memphis, where we stayed in February on our previous visit. Deanna goes into Chemo on Saturday, so we'll get Dante back for a few days and do local exploring, as he can't be near his sister- Dante will be heading home on or about 31 July or 1 August.
While we're in Memphis, we have baseball games scheduled, a trip to Tupelo, Ms to see a couple of National Parks and Elvis' birthplace, and whatever else we can find to do.
