Suprise Stop- Johnson and Wales University Culinary Historical Museum

I noticed a brochure at the National Historical Site directing me to the Johnson and Wales University Culinary Historical Museum, and what a terrific place! It's in a large building, and has lots of interesting exhibits- the history of diners, Presidential menus, and artifacts, displays of kitchen gadgets, the whole gamut of everything food. Well worth the 6 dollars to get in. I was amazed at the campus of Johnson and Wales- most of it looks very new- and very clean. There are satillite campuses in Denver and Charlotte NC. Fun visit!
