Just missing the heavier rain

They have a very accurate weather service here, for some reason, so far this season, the forecasts have been just about right on- They called for light rain last night and on into today, and that's where we are at just now, we are roughly located where the I-95 logo is on the map below Portland, and just this second, we are rain shower free, while north of us is having a steady diet of green and yellow rain.

We went back up to Meredith NH yesterday and spent a restful and enjoyable afternoon with Judy and Ron Schmidt/Williamson. We'll head back up there once more this visit for our traditional 4th of July visit. Ron is doing lots of work around the house, and spiffing it up quite a bit.

Today, the Colagiovonnis are scheduled to make the drive up from Lowell, Mass for a lunch visit, we hope to hook up with the Lacredas who are also here in Wells for the summer to have a mini reunion of Coquina Crossing folks. Time is passing slowly, hard to believe it's almost July already- Another week or so here, then down to New Jersey/NYC area for three days for a visit, then heading down to Greenwood/Parris Island by July 14th.
