Our pals the Hebbards arrived today, and we celebrated by going out to Biddeford to Mulligans for 4.99 meals. They all had prime rib, I had a chicken breast. This place has no meal over 5.oo, and a special on Wednesday and Friday nights, tonight was prime rib. It wasn't outstanding, it was reported, but the value was certainly there.
