Got the dreaded 6 am call this morning from Tina that the tankless water heater pipes had burst in the Greenwood retirement apartment.... a hole in the roof in the bathroom, water on the floor... some carpet tiles got wet, but we gather the damage isn't horrific.... Bette's been on the phone with the insurance folks for the last hour, and they are doing a good job of putting us in good hands..... Hopefully, we can solve the problems from here, with Tina's help, if not, pretty sure Bette will hop in the car and go supervise. Photo is courtesy of my pal Gazza Hartman.....
It's been record cold here in Florida this week also- we're hoping the water systems on board the Super Nova haven't been compromised... Guess we need to head on down to Bulow and check that prospect out.
