A Shrine in Ohio

This shrine was at a rural intersection outside of Fremont, Ohio. It was actually in someone's front yard. Maybe they hit the tree?

Today, we met up with Dan and Kippy at the Swiss Festival in Sugar Creek Ohio. We listened to several off-key amateur yodelers, some alpen horn players who couldn't hit notes, then sat down at a bar/grille and watched a bunch of old geezers drink a round of beer and sing Swiss drinking songs. That gave us our fill, so we headed back up to Walnut Creek Ohio. We found a lighhouse surprisingly, well, Dan found it, and we got that, plus a neat lighthouse poster of the lighthouses of Lake Erie, also for the Florida house. We came back and I crashed and Bette and Skip went to a church spaghetti supper. Tomorrow is a rest day, then the Kingstons are coming up. Think the girls are going back over to the big craft store, and Dan and I might watch the NASCAR race.
