Sort of what the office will look like...

We found this office furniture set at Farmer's Furniture in town, and luckily, it fits the space we have like a glove, and gives us like a 2 inch clearance on both sides. The extension on the right side will crowd the furniture as we have it now, so we'll have to do some minor rearranging, but we love how it looks, and is perfect for the space. It's supposed to arrive next Thursday.

The house painter called today, and he is going to start on Monday at 8:30. We expect him to be with us for about 2 weeks. He is very meticulous, and does a fantastic job.

Bette also found a perfect wicker cafe set tonight when we stopped by Home Depot on the way back in from shopping today, and went back with Kippy to fetch it. Took a little while putting it together, complete with gnashing of teeth, but it is together and is perfect for the eat in breakfast nook in our kitchen- Cross another thing off the list!

Actually, with today's purchases, we are just about through with all the major purchases, now, it's getting the paint up on the walls, and then we will start to accessorize, and then, it's home.
